Financial & Credit Officer (m/w)

XDC is the leading service company in continental Europe within its sector. In the scope of its expansion phase, we are looking for a full time Financial & Credit Analyst who will participate to large-scale financing through Europe. The position is based in the company's headquarters in Liege and will report to the Vice President Finance & Administration. You will have a project-based function with multidisciplinary aspects.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Collect prospect/customer's financial statements and perform credit analysis
  • Arrange loan drawing request with lender's based on operational planning provided by project management team
  • Forecast and monitor cash flows
  • Ensure fulfilment of bank's covenant and financial ratios
  • Liaise with accounting department for fixed assets and debt reconciliation
  • Support legal department to ensure respect of contractual and legal duties
  • Perform adhoc financial and budget analysis
  • Participate to quarterly financial closing and reporting

Required:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, audit or controlling
  • Fluent in French and English. Good knowledge of German is a plus
  • Strong analytical and efficiency skills
  • Project management oriented
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access,...)
  • Flexible and stress resistant

Customer Support Engineer FR/EN/NL (w/m)


XDC is the leading digital cinema service company in continental Europe. Having successfully built up the Europe's largest digital cinema network, it is now moving into its next phase of expansion, with pan-European large-scale digital cinema rollouts.

The network is operated from the XDC Headquarters in Liège, Belgium. Through the XDC NOC Tools, the XDC Contact Centre (called NOC in the industry) operates mainly second but also first line support to its digital cinema customers.

XDC is looking for a full time Customer Support Engineer (M or F) that will incorporate the XDC NOC team. Reporting to the NOC Manager, the Customer Support Engineer will assist our digital cinema partners and customers in their operations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Open incident or problem's tickets as soon as they are triggered either by the monitoring system or by a customer contact and solve them through the provided tools (knowledge base, remote control…);
  • Answer customer questions regarding hardware and software equipment in booth cinemas in a professional and kindly way;
  • Close incident tickets as soon as they are solved and keep the customer informed about the status of problem;
  • Understand and manage digital cinema systems and technologies, through training and experience;
  • Request help to other departments and suppliers for complex issues, prepare problem's documentation accordingly;
  • Evaluate with other CSE, procedures in place and, when needed, suggest optimisations to the NOC Manager;
  • Carry out off line task, either planned or punctual, on demand of the NOC Manager;
  • Understand the importance of the SLA in place and respect terms and conditions around it;
  • Above your NOC agent responsibilities, you may be requested to go on site to support our customers and/or to fine tune your understanding of the systems,
  • Punctually on-site technical support;
  • On-calls duty (evening and week-ends following a team schedule)

Required:

  • Multilingual (English/French + other language as Dutch or German);
  • Good knowledge in data communication mechanisms and TCP/IP protocols;
  • Experience in helpdesk and/or customer support;
  • Flexible;
  • Organised and systematic with strong analytical skills;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Understanding of computer structure and systems;
  • Experience in AV technology would be a plus;
  • Ready to travel when requested;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactivity in solution process in raised issues;
  • Team spirit
